Comparative Tasting – June 20th | 5:30–7:30 PM | $40/person

Tried a wine you hated and swore off the grape forever? Or maybe you love one style but are curious what else is out there? This tasting is for you. We’re diving into how style, not just grape, can change everything.

You’ll sample six wines (1 oz each = a full glass total), with bread for palate cleansing and a full food menu available to order from.

Wine styles are affected by the region in which they are grown as much as the varietal you use. In this tasting we will try wines from 5 different regions of winemaking, all with one grape in common, 4 of these wines will be from different countries. $40/person, wines only. ***optional charcuterie and cheese board available***

In this premium tasting we will explore the world of sparkling wine, how it’s made, what best pairs with it and even some very surprising pairings! Included in this tasting are examples from Champagne, Alsace, Nova Scotia and Italy. This tasting includes two discreet seafood courses and a charcuterie/cheese course as well as a surprise pairing component. $85/person
